They are made from a min. of 65% fruit puree and like the traditional PowerGel®s, contain C2MAX, which is a combination of carbohydrates with a scientifically developed 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose sources. PowerGel® Smoothies are easy to swallow and come in a resealable pouch. Ideal for your next adventure or as a fruity variety during training and competition.

Fruit puree banana-apple-blueberry-strawberry with carbohydrates and sodium for athletes.
Ingredients

Fruit purees [banana (31%), apple (27%), blueberry (8%)], maltodextrin, strawberry puree concentrate (7%), fructose, water, sodium citrates, salt, acid (citric acid).

Suggested usage
1 - 4 pouches/day.Take 1 pouch as required during the last hour before exercise and/or 1 pouch with fluid during exercise at regular intervals.
